Contracts

Contracts let you lock in customers for a set number of renewals at specific prices. While under contract, customers cannot cancel their subscription until the contract term ends.

If Auto Renew is ON, the subscription will continue to renew on its regular billing cycle (e.g. monthly) after the contract period ends, but without the contract terms.
If Auto Renew is OFF, the subscription will automatically end when the contract period is over.
